Who publishes this site
destinationwedding-mendoza.com is an editorial publication of Grupo Huentala, which operates in Mendoza, Argentina. Contact: weddings@grupohuentala.com.ar.
The nature of the content
The texts published here are editorial and general information. They describe a destination — Mendoza, in Argentina — from the point of view of people who work in it: geography, seasons, travel logistics, wedding formats and what the region offers around an event.
The content is written and reviewed carefully, and every page carries the date of its last review. Even so, things change: air routes, entry requirements, weather conditions and date availability change without notice. Confirm anything time-sensitive before making a decision based on it.
This is not professional advice
Nothing published on this site constitutes legal, immigration, tax, financial or medical advice, and it does not replace the guidance of a qualified professional. In particular:
- What we write about civil marriage, documentation and apostilles is a general description of a procedure that varies by case, by registry office and by consulate. Always confirm with the civil registry in your country and with the competent consular office.
- What we write about entering Argentina reflects the general rule in force on the review date. Entry requirements are set by the authorities of each country and can change.
- References to market cost ranges, where they appear, always carry their source and year and are not a quote. This site does not publish rates or capacities for any venue.
Nothing here is a contractual offer
Descriptions of spaces, services, formats or availability are illustrative. They are not a commercial proposal and they do not reserve anything. Any booking depends on a formal proposal issued by the relevant commercial operation and on a contract signed by both parties. Prices, dates and conditions are only binding when they appear in those documents.
The relationship with Grupo Huentala
This publication is edited by the same group that operates Huentala Wines, a winery in Gualtallary, along with hotels and restaurants in Mendoza. There is therefore a commercial interest in the destination we write about, and it is declared openly — on every page where the winery appears and, at length, in About this guide. The site publishes no rankings, no supplier comparisons and no third-party ratings.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs and other materials on this site belong to Grupo Huentala or are used by it with permission. You may read, print and share links freely, including quoting passages with attribution and a link to the source page. Reproducing whole pages, commercial use, and use of the photographs by third parties require prior written permission, requested at weddings@grupohuentala.com.ar.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to third-party sites or to other sites of the same group. We do not control the content or the privacy practices of external sites, and a link does not imply endorsement of what it contains.
Acceptable use
You may not use this site for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise its security or availability, extract content automatically at a volume that degrades the service, or send through the form content that is offensive or false, or personal data of third parties without their permission.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the content published here, nor for temporary technical unavailability. This does not affect obligations assumed in written commercial contracts with companies of the group.
